“If your outfit today had a soundtrack, what would it be?”
That’s what my SpCom 183 (a.k.a. audio visual comm class a.k.a. my favorite subject!) professor asked us in class this morning and it got me thinking all day. I was wearing a black loose button-down blouse, floral skirt, and brown satin flats. It was something feminine and but not too girly; it was not too plain, but not too detailed either. There was nothing special about it, but it was something I would wear any day. But then I really couldn’t think of a song that could best describe it.
Hence, this one. The lyrics do not, in any way, describe the way I was dressed or even the way I am feeling right now, but it was the first song I heard this morning and I guess it just had to be my soundtrack for the day. Not happy, not too sad either. Not too anything. Tamang emote lang.
Just like my outfit. Just like my feelings. Steady lang.
